For patients who need or desire longer visits, more immediate access to Dr. Lewandoski between visits, and urgent visit options, we are pleased to introduce the River City Wellness and Integrated Care Concierge Program!

- Those with multiple or complex health needs, and those with resistant disease.
- Those who wish to deepen their understanding of how lifestyle changes can aid in disease management and improve quality of life.
- Individuals who are prone to seasonal or stress-related flares.
- Those who desire enhanced access to Dr. Lewandoski and his team of integrated medicine specialists.
- Those who travel or have business or living situations which require increased flexibility, or anyone who would benefit from same day visits, immediate access virtual visits, or direct phone access.

As part of this program, members will receive extended appointment times, allowing for a deeper level of education about the integration of health and wellness than routine appointment times often allow.
Additional Appointments
Should you desire to be seen between regularly scheduled appointments, simply call the office and schedule a visit either in person or virtually. Same day or same week appointment opportunities will be available.
Direct Communication
Members of the Wellness and Integrated Care Program will also have the option of calling Dr. Lewandoski directly on a dedicated line with questions or concerns.
Referrals
Additionally, if your care requires the services of medical specialists outside our office, we will make every effort to source the appropriate referrals for you, and coordinate your care between our office and theirs on an ongoing basis.
